Last night I had a dream, which so far as I can remember was fairly ordinary as dreams go (people, conversations, no flying lobsters, etc) but which also included proofs. Something would happen, or someone would say something, and then there would be a sort of dreamy still image of a typed proof, with numbered and sub-numbered points, and a little “QED” at the end. Sad to say, I can’t remember any details of what was being proven, or why.
